The Bar Area
The Old Farmhouse has recently been refurbished and the Bar area has a modern feel to it but has still managed to keep its old barn quaintness. Enjoy relaxing on one of our leather tub chairs by the open fire and you can just spend time looking at the old brick a brack that has been collected over the years. Or you can join in with a game of pool or darts.
We have the largest big screen of any bar in Ulverston, full SKY Sports and ESPN in HD and we make the most of it by showing all the big live sporting fixtures. Also with the 3 Wide screen TV’s you can keep up to date with the latest sport or news and when there is a football or rugby game on down comes the discreetly hidden big screen.

We pride ourselves on the welcome you will get from there staff and our customers. In here you can enjoy a meal from our wide selection of menus and we always have Three Cask ales available, along with five lagers on draught. All of our spirits are branded and we have a large wine menu to suit all tastes which you can have these by the glass or by the bottle. If you want something hot we have a wide selection of coffees all made with Farrers coffee, also available are a selection of teas and a not to be missed is our Famous Hot Chocolate.
Dogs are always welcome in the top area of the bar or in the beer garden where a bowl of water is always waiting.
